Begin Again

As the new year begins, we continued to do the inner work as we courageously looked at ourselves and strive to heal ourselves. We did so as we sought inner peace through subtle turmoil.

We are seeking new beginnings as many of us are trying new skill sets, and reached for new opportunities beyond our comfort zones. In 2024 it was also a time we were called to define ourselves but also recreate ourselves because a new person emerged. How did it go for you? Did you see changes occur?

As we bravely addressed our inner wounds we developed the the courage and finesse to adapt and also softly air any grievances. And as difficult as this was it was also a time we were asked to dig deep and once again cultivate trust with strangers. It stopped up us in our tracks to ask if those new connections had what it took to sustain and become something more.

In the year of the wood dragon, we developed the fortitude to adapt but also looked for and asked for forgiveness and reconciliation. Not only for others but for ourselves. We were called to love ourselves while being flexible to attend to those delicate wounds. As we were encouraged to change it was a challenging cycle to push out of stagnation.

For those of us who were able to rise out of stagnation we called to make changes but to do so fiercely, to overcome obstacles. Did your inner strength shine through? As the new year begins will draw upon the inner work to embrace your bravery to eliminate stagnation? Is this the year you step into something new and prosper. I call on you to continue to do the work, to show up and continue to be brave.
